Mama Sana’s Jewels: The Blog

Hello! It’s the Jewel, behind Mama Sana Jewels, Juju. I'm a 30-something-year-old mama, content creator, jewelry artisan, fitness instructor, and now, apparently, a blogger! I reside in the vibrant city of Jackson, Mississippi, a place I adore for its idiosyncrasies, hidden treasures, and serendipitous moments—all of which I plan to share in due time. Beyond crafting jewelry, my heart finds joy in spending precious moments with my children, staying active, creating culinary delights, delving into literature, penning poetry, and immersing myself in the world of art. Despite my creative nature, I possess a keen analytical mindset, which drives me to constantly delve into research, experiment, and seek ways to enhance the quality of my life.

After years of self-discovery, trial, error, and discovering what truly works for me, I believe it’s time to create a platform where I can share the plethora of tips, tricks, routines, and habits I've learned with others who could benefit from them. Thus, Mama Sana’s Jewels: the blog, is born—a sanctuary for individuals striving to better than they were yesterday.

Growing older has opened my eyes to the fact that our journeys, collectively, are far more similar than I ever imagined. What I have experienced, or am experiencing, is likely shared by many others, making the need for shared wisdom even more apparent. This is why I've launched Mama Sana’s Jewels: the blog. I'm certain that someone out there can benefit from the knowledge I’ve amassed, and I have no desire to be a gatekeeper—so please, take everything you can!

Within Mama Sana’s Jewels, expect to find a treasure trove of content: from rituals and organizational tips to at-home workouts, kid-friendly activities, budgeting advice, self-care practices, manifestation techniques, affirmations, recipes, and more. It’s a medley of diverse elements aimed at guiding you towards a more fulfilling, joyful, and peaceful existence, because life is challenging, and we all deserve to make the most of it.

I eagerly anticipate this new chapter, as nothing brings me greater joy than helping others be the best they can be, even if it’s just one person.
